Methodize ACT Prep

Methodize is a simple, yet effective online learning platform that empowers students to learn new skills and reach their potential. It offers a self-paced ACT preparation course that provides students in grades 9 to 12 with a comprehensive overview of the most effective strategies and the most relevant content for raising their ACT scores. Students who have used Methodize to study for the ACT have seen an average increase of 3 points!

Methodize is available at no cost to all South Dakota students in grades 9-12. This resource is provided by the South Dakota Department of Education and can be accessed through SDMyLife powered by Xello. Students and educators can simply log into their accounts and access Methodize at any time.

Methodize is in the Links and Resources section at the bottom of each student's SDMyLife dashboard. Students will select Enhanced ACT from their course dashboard. Your 9th and 10th graders can use Methodize to prepare for future testing! Introduce them to lessons or quizzes. You can also integrate Methodize into their core content courses.

Your 11th graders can use Methodize to prepare for the district spring testing window or their personal ACT testing schedule. Have them focus on challenging content. Schedule time for them to take full length or practice tests.

Your 12th graders can use Methodize to improve their scores on ACT retakes or prep for upcoming college courses.

Core content classes are a great place to integrate Methodize into the classroom.
