How do I log in to my account? How do I retrieve my password?

To log in to your account, use the login box on the left of this page. If you have forgotten/misplaced your password, you can retrieve your password by going here.

How do I change my password?

To change your password:

  • Log in to your account
  • Click the Update My Profile button
  • Go to the Login Information section
  • Click the Change Password link
  • Follow directions

How do I update my personal profile?

To update your profile, log in to your account and click the Update My Profile button and go to the Login Information section. In this section, you can update/change your:

  • Contact information
  • Background check information
  • Password
  • If you are signed up as an Online Career Coach, change the career discussion board that you are participating in.
  • Career history

How do I update my company’s profile?

If you have access to update your company’s profile, your account will display the Company Profile Options section. Simply click on the sections and fill in the required fields for that section.

Hint: Associating your company with as many careers that it hires and more than one industry increases the visibility of your company profile to students and career seekers.

How do I increase my company’s visibility?

If you have access to update your company’s profile, your account will display the Company Profile Options section. Associating your company with as many careers as possible and more than one industry increases the visibility of your company profile to students and career seekers.

How do I update careers associated with my company profile?

If you have access to update your company’s profile, your account will display the Company Profile Options section. Clicking on that section and selecting Career Profile Links will list the careers associated with your company. Select the Add Careers button (bottom of page) to search for careers.

Note: The careers available may not match titles used in your organization.

How do I manage my company discussion board?

If you have access to a company discussion board, your account will display the Company Message Boards section on the home page after you log in. Change the View dropdown box to the appropriate selection to see any or all pending questions on the discussion board.

Where can I find the discussion board guidelines and rules of conduct?

After you log in to your account, the discussion board guidelines can be found in the Career Coach Tools section.

How do I respond to a discussion board question?

As a general rule, please respond to users' questions within two days after you’ve received the email notification. Provide the user a direct answer and if needed, reference a website link for more information. Please do not include your phone number or email address as this goes against the discussion board guidelines found in the Career Coach Tools section.

How can I change what career discussion boards I’m participating in?

To change/update your career discussion boards, log in to your account and click the Update My Profile button and go to the Your Careers section. In this section, you can update/change your career list by clicking the Edit Career List link.
